1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using STR8R ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use STR8R, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from the Service

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or transfer your account to anyone else.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any other user
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, solicitation, or advertising
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Attempt to collect information about other users without their consent
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content you post on STR8R, including photos, bio text, and messages. By posting content, you grant STR8R a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

6. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

STR8R offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period — you will not be charged during the trial
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are provided
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.

7. SAFETY & INTERACTIONS

STR8R is a platform for meeting people, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public places for initial in-person meetings
• Telling a friend or family member about your plans
• Using caution when sharing personal information
• Reporting any suspicious or harmful behavior immediately

STR8R does not conduct criminal background checks on its users.

8. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

You may report users who violate these terms using the in-app reporting feature. We reserve the right to investigate reports, suspend or terminate accounts, and remove content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to disclose the reason for any enforcement action.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The STR8R name, logo, design, and all associated branding are the property of STR8R. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our branding or software without prior written permission.

10. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service, including but not limited to finding a match or partner.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STR8R SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STR8R, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
